You should read each website with care and in particular note whether a guarantee is provided or not with the product or service that you may invest in. If in any doubt what so ever you should seek the information from us via support@wizcomarketing.com prior to your investment.
In the event no enquiry has been made in this matter then it shall be deemed as your acceptance and understanding of our terms and conditions and the following shall apply.

1. There is NO refund on any products downloaded via a PDF document.
2. Where there is no grace period offered on our website, for example in the case of the Building Blocks for Beginners, standard consumer rights apply.
3. A refund will only apply on goods that are found to be damaged on arrival. Once goods have been opened they will be deemed to have been accepted.
4. In the rare event that the goods, namely the disks,are damaged and cannot be downloaded or the purchaser deems the goods supplied do not match the description detailed on the website from which the goods were purchased the following conditions shall apply:
a. In the event of the former incident occurring the purchaser/investor will be given the option of receiving the download PDF version or a replacement disk which will be supplied upon safe return of the damaged disk being received by Wizco Marketing.
b. In the latter case confirmation will be required from an independent approved source such as a solicitor, Citizens Advice Bureau, Trade Authority or other reputable outside source, upon receipt of which by Wizco Marketing a full refund shall be made.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

IMPORTANT:

Items returned which are NOT covered by any additional guarantee must be returned within the statutory 7 day cooling off period and must be returned unopened. (with all seals and shrink-wraps intact)

Upon receipt we will issue a refund for the price you paid for the item minus any postage and handling fees incurred by your decision to place the original order.

Please note: we can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty and subject to the terms above .

The Customer should also note the copyright conditions contained with each and every item distributed via Wizco Marketing or any of its associated websites.

1. No copies or downloads shall be made other than for the specific use of the purchaser.
2. No alterations or amendments are to be made to any part or parts.
3. Distribution or sale of any goods are not allowed without the express permission of Wizco Marketing.

Any illegal use of such goods shall be followed up and any necessary action required to protect our copyright will be taken.
